The Olive Center School
Pupils and teacher of the Olive Center school, District No. 2, Olive township, here are standing before their building. Bicycle and auto at the right illustrate two methods these youngsters have of getting to their classes. Hundreds of mature and aging folk of the community, and some gone to other areas, have conned their books within the walls of this schoolhouse. The teacher pictured here is John Maat. The director at the time was Jacob F. Kraai, the moderator was Henry Redder and the treasurer was Leon Rozema.
